How prices are set
Final pricing is set out in an itemized fixed-price quote based on your agreed scope of work. It covers our labor, structural building materials, site preparation, and waste disposal. Any client-requested alterations or unforeseen structural hidden defects outside the scope are priced in writing as a variation before that specific work begins.
Payment methods
Payment is accepted strictly through cash upon completion or via direct bank transfer against our invoice. We do not store or process debit or credit card details on this website.

Invoicing
Invoices are generated upon completion of defined work phases or upon final project sign-off, depending on the contract schedule. Each invoice contains our company details, work completed, agreed rate, and clear bank transfer instructions. Payment terms are strictly seven days from the date of the invoice.
Deposits and materials
For projects exceeding 2000 in value, we ask for a deposit of twenty percent to secure your build slot on our calendar and pay for initial structural materials. This deposit is credited against your initial work phase.
Late payment
Invoices not settled within fourteen calendar days from issue are subject to statutory interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.
