Cancellation window
Cancel via phone or email at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled arrival and pay nothing. Later cancellations can be billed for custom supplies already purchased for your project, strictly as indicated in your quote.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling carries no administrative fee. We present the earliest available calendar opening within one business day.
Grounds for a project refund
A full refund applies if our team cancels, if we fail to complete the contracted scope, or if the finished installation departs from the written specification and we cannot correct it within a realistic timeframe.
- If you cancel more than fourteen days before the scheduled start date, your deposit is refunded minus any non-refundable costs for custom-ordered structural steels or bespoke joinery already fabricated.
- If you cancel between fourteen days and forty-eight hours prior to start, fifty percent of the initial deposit is retained to cover scheduled labor slots.
- If work is terminated by the client while in progress, charges will apply for all labor completed up to that point and all materials purchased for the site.
- Deposits paid for initial survey visits that have already taken place are non-refundable.
Requesting your reimbursement
- Send your cancellation notice in writing by email to our office address
- Provide your bank account details for eligible refund balance transfers
- Receive written confirmation of contract termination and any final settlement balance
Timeline
Approved refunds are processed by direct bank transfer within ten business days of the written cancellation agreement.
